As the oldest, largest and most prominent major language school in Odessa, we strive to not only maintain our success but to ensure we continue to provide the highest quality linguistic learning environment.
In this respect, we are a fully accredited member of the European Association of Quality Language Services (EAQUALS) and we welcome regular independent inspections to evaluate, stress-test and monitor the performance of the whole school in our delivery.
Following the most recent independent inspection, during the autumn of 2017, we were delighted to once again receive the full endorsement of EAQUALS.
EAQUALS rated the quality of learner/client services provided by OLSC as "excellent" due to "the range and quality of advice and information available to learners". Further, EAQUALS stated that OLSC provided "an outstandingly good range of extra events and activities designed to stimulate interest in the local culture and the target language".
The importance OLSC places in maintaining the standards it has set was further complemented by EAQUALS reference to the quality of OLSC's internal quality control procedures. Indeed, EAQUALS rated OLSC's quality assurance practices as "an area of excellence".
An area of critical importance within any educational insitution is, of course, the standard of teaching. In this regard, EAQUALS referred to the "rich programme" of inhouse training" and that "staff profile and development meets the criteria of excellence because professional performance and development reviews and appraisal procedures are exceptionally thorough.
